The book
The Players' Plate.
The basics and the hard truths of fueling elite performance.

Why I wrote it
A book I needed at seventeen.
"I spent the most important race day of my life in a coma because I wasn't eating or drinking enough salt."
At seventeen I changed everything about how I ate and trained. It worked, until it didn't. I ended up in a coma from hyponatremia and I wrote this book so no other young athlete has to learn the way I did.
